These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bright Forest Software company website and business inquiry form. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms do not govern use of our separate SaaS products; those products are subject to their own terms.

The Site describes our services, products, and selected client work. It includes a contact form for business inquiries. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, contract, or obligation for either party until we agree in writing.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, staff areas, or databases.
• Submit false, misleading, or spam inquiries (including through automated means).
• Interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

The Site content—including text, branding, layout, and case study materials—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Client work case studies may reference third-party trademarks or confidential engagements; those materials are presented for illustration only.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Information on the Site about services, timelines, or outcomes is illustrative and not a guarantee of future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us for use of the Site in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
